My name is Cesar, im currently a Shelter Dog being fostered in beautiful San Diego, CA. Im a 2 year old German Shepard that was in an accident 3 months ago, and lost my rear leg.Though i seem to have healed fine, I still have not adjusted to walking on 3 paws , so my new foster mom is helping me build my muscles.
